Our rewards have never shown up on Leo Dex pending, it is some discrepancy in the API they are using to fetch their info. So the rewards just haven't paid out today? I am not sure why that would be happening, I'll give it a few hours to see if maybe the system is just behind, if it isn't fixed by tomorrow morning I will follow up with the devs!
