Twitter users complained about the problems in the work of the Telegram messenger. The problems arose around 15:10 on Monday, December 25.
According to DownDetector, the failure in the service has mainly affected residents of Eastern Europe and Russia: they complain about long or unsuccessful attempts to send text messages, as well as problems when downloading images.
The last failure occurred on December 18. At midnight on the same day, the founder of the messenger Pavel Durov told Twitter that the reason for the failure was the "active growth of the audience."
