I just finished a 5.086km running that lasted about 0hh:25mm:57ss !
It took me almost a week to complete another run. And, it took me a day to post about that run on 
The weather has been relatively nicer for the past 3-4 days. I took advantage of this beautiful weather and the weekend to complete a 5K. The weekend 5k was good . The park looked almost deserted with fewer runners in the park. The track was all covered with melting snow which made things difficult while running.
I managed to complete a couple of sprints for the first half of the 5K. I took it nice and slow for the second half. The pace was as expected. It shows that I have not been running regularly for the past couple of months.
Things will remain like this for the next few months until we have snow-covered running tracks. Stay safe.
