I just finished a 4.765km running that lasted about 0hh:25mm:7ss !
It is another weekend run. Running with a baby on a stroller is not that easy and that is why my wife was taking care of that :)
The weather was really nice this morning. It was around 17C and foggy. Who does not love fog this time of the year? You can feel the mystic mist and when you run on the park track your running shoes are all wet. The best feeling is to walk barefoot on the grass after the run. It has been incredibly beautiful weather this morning in a long long time.
I stopped caring about the pace, heart rate and the numbers lately. Having said that, i am not awfully out of pace as I completed 4.8km in almost 25 minutes and 7 seconds. That's a round about good pace for me. The park run was amazing with lots of other runners running with you. It is uncertain what will happen to this crowd with the second wave of COVID hitting the city.
Looking forward to tomorrow to hit the park track again.
