After a user posts a contribution at Utopian.io, it doesn't shows up in the user's homepage at Utopian.io until it's approved.
Sometimes, Utopian.io moderator request for modification of the contribution before it can be approved.
The issue is that user has difficulty to find the post that need to be edited. This tutorial shows you how to find your post that are not approved.
Today I posted a contribution with Utopian.io. Because it's not approved, it doesn't show up in my homepage at utopian.io. Following is the screenshow of my homepage at utopian. The link is:
The above screenshot shows two of my contributions submitted 3 days ago. It doesn't show the contribution I submitted today, because it's not approved.
Then, go to my homepage at busy.org, the link is https://busy.org/@rmb
In busy.org, it shows my newly submitted contribution.
Also, you can go to my homepage at steemit.com, the link is https://steemit.com/@rmb
Steemit.com also displays my newly submitted contribution.
Sometimes, the moderator of Utopian.io suggests you to modify the content of your contribution. If this is the case, you can use steemit.com or busy.org to find your post and modify at there directly.
Sometimes, the moderator of Utopian.io suggests you to modify the Category of the github repository of your contribution. If this is the case, you cannot modify your post with Steemit.com or busy.org. You will have to find your post at Utopian.io and edit it at Utopian.io.
The first method to find your unapproved contribution at Utopian.io is go to the main page of Utopian.io (https://utopian.io/) and click 'Review' as shown in the following screenshot:
'Review' is highlighted in the above screenshot.
Click 'Review' in the above page, it will show the contributions under review. Find your contribution from this page. Sometimes, you need to go to the bottom of the page and load more to find yours. Also you you can use the search function of your browser to help you find your post.
It may be difficult to find your contribution using method #1. There is another way to find it.
Go to your homepage at steemit.com or busy.org. We use busy.org as example here. For my case, go to https://busy.org/@rmb
Find the post and click the link.
The URL of the post will be shown in the address bar of the browser.
For my case, the link of the post is
https://busy.org/utopian-io/@rmb/bug-hunting-busy-org-shows-posting-as-replied
Manually replace 'busy.org' to 'utoian.io' in the above URL, we get
https://utopian.io/utopian-io/@rmb/bug-hunting-busy-org-shows-posting-as-replied
This is the URL of the new contribution at Utopian.io.
Now you find your new contribution at utopian.io as shown in the above screenshoot.
Click the '...' in the highlighted area, a menu will popup. Then click 'Eidt Post' to edit your contribution.
Then you will be able to edit category and github repository of your contribution.
