How to transfer cryptocurrencies between exchanges?

How to transfer cryptocurrencies between exchanges quickly and cheaply? Bitcoin transaction fee is high and the transaction can take one hour.

Currently, I am using Dogecoin (DOGE) to transfer between exchanges:

1. In Exchange A, buy DOGE
2. Transfer DOGE from Exchange A to Exchange B
3. In Exchange B, Sell DOGE

Most of the time, the above method is cheaper. The transfer of DOGE can be done in about 10-20 minutes, much faster than Bitcoin.

Also Litecoin (LTC) is a good candidate to transfer between exchanges.
