The issue

At 11:36PM (New York City time) on Dec 6, 2017, I was checking the payout time of this post:
https://utopian.io/utopian-io/@rmb/bug-hunting-busy-org-doesn-t-show-following-information-correctly

Using utopian.io to check the post. Hovering mouse over the payout amount, a popup window shows payout in 5 hours as following screenshot:

Then, I used steemit.com to check the same post. Click the small triangle after the payout amount, it shows the following:

Steemit.com shows payout will happen in 11 minutes.

Therefore, I waited for 11 minutes. Payout did happen:

Therefore, the display of utopian.io is wrong.

Possible reason of the issue

I am at New York City, which has 5 hours difference from GMT. Not sure whether it is related to this issue.

How to reproduce this issue

1. Using steemit.com to find a post that will payout in 1 hour
2. Using utopian.io to check the same post

If this issue doesn't show up, try it at a different time zone, for example New York City.
