Name redacted: "I worked for USPS for 6 months this year and I can tell you that in the 2 full weeks of training at a training facility, not once did they ever mention any part of this new feature of the mail service. I actually learned about it from a customer!! Yet, during our training we spent 1 full day learning about the various products and services we were expected to market to our customers. This is some nafarious (sic) goings on from USPS and the gov."
