Hi Ladies, I visited you once again to join your community contest #244, and one of the questions this week caught my attention, specifically the first question, "Are you one of those who prefer a house with or without a garden? Do you like plants? What do you do to take care of them? "Well...
If they came to visit my house, they might think that the answer to that question would be yes, because the truth is that my house is a kind of jungle, forest or nursery, plants everywhere, big, small, fruit, medicinal and ornamental, here there is a little bit of everything, and it has been the same in all the houses I have lived in, because it was a shared love between my parents, but I guess in my case does not apply the saying that says "son of a cat hunts mouse ", because the truth is that I am not a fan of plants, or at least not so much as to live surrounded by them, so with respect to the question in question, I can say that not everything is black and white.
I mean, I like plants, I think they give life to any place, and some are absolutely beautiful, but from there I want to have plants of all kinds everywhere, the truth is that I don't, because they not only require watering and sun, but they need a lot of care and attention, which means that you have to spend a lot of time, and honestly I prefer to spend it on other things, but relax, all is not lost, the cactus craze has caught up with me, and I have some at home, and you can imagine why.
Exactly... they don't need great care, although believe me that keeping them alive and healthy is not an easy task, but without a doubt you don't have to be on top of them every day, and the best of all is that they don't have leaves to throw everywhere and make unimaginable messes, which of course you must pick up daily, and definitely not something I want to do every day, so that said, I could do without a garden or patio without problems, but I would have at home some little plants inside (as in fact I have them) to give some joy and color to my spaces.
And as I said at the beginning, I can't deny that they bring life to our home, but as they say, "no excess is good, especially if you don't like to pick leaves 24/7... please don't hate me... not all of us were born to be "plant lovers ", I have other qualities, I promise 馃ぃ
Hola Ladies, las visit贸 una vez m谩s para unirme a su concurso comunitario #244, y es que una de las preguntas de esta semana me llam贸 much铆simo la atenci贸n, espec铆ficamente la primera pregunta, "驴Es usted de los que prefieren una casa con o sin jard铆n? 驴Le gustan las plantas? 驴Qu茅 hace para cuidarlas?" Pues...
Si vinieran de visita a mi casa, pudiesen pensar que la respuesta a esa pregunta ser铆a si, porque la verdad es que mi casa es una especie de selva, bosque o vivero, plantas por todos lados, grandes, peque帽as, frutales, medicinales y ornamentales, aqu铆 hay de todo un poco, y ha sido igual en todas las casas en las que he vivido, porque era un amor compartido entre mis padres, pero supongo que en mi caso no aplica el dicho que dice "hijo de gato caza rat贸n", porque la verdad es que no soy fan de las plantas, o por lo menos no tanto como para vivir rodeada de ellas, as铆 que con respecto a la pregunta en cuesti贸n, puedo decir que no todo es blanco o negro.
Es decir, me gustan las plantas, creo que dan vida a cualquier lugar, y algunas son absolutamente hermosas, pero de ah铆 a que quiera tener plantas de todo tipo por todos lados, la verdad es que no, porque no solo requieren de riego y sol, sino que ameritan de muchos cuidados y atenciones, lo que quiere decir que hay que dedicarles mucho tiempo, y sinceramente prefiero dedicarlo a otras cosas, pero tranquilos, no todo est谩 perdido, el furor de los cactus me ha alcanzado, y tengo algunos en casa, y ya se imaginar谩n el por qu茅.
Exacto... no necesitan grandes cuidados, aunque cr茅anme que mantenerlos con vida y saludables no es tarea f谩cil, pero sin dudas no debes estar encima de ellos cada d铆a, y lo mejor de todo es que no tienen hojas para tirar por todos lados y hacer desastres inimaginables, que por supuesto debes recoger a diario, y definitivamente no es algo que quiero hacer cada d铆a, as铆 que dicho esto, pudiese prescindir de un jard铆n o patio sin problemas, pero s铆 tendr铆a en casa algunas plantitas dentro (como de hecho las tengo) para dar algo de alegr铆a y color a mis espacios.
Y es que como les dije al principio, no puedo negar que aportan vida a nuestro hogar, pero como dicen por ah铆, "ning煤n exceso es bueno, y menos si no te gusta recoger hojas 24/7... no me odien por favor... no todas nacimos para ser "plants lovers", adem谩s tengo otras cualidades, se los prometo 馃ぃ
