Today I want to share a bit my feeling before many things that are lived in my country Venezuela.
Sometimes everything that happens to us wins, and we lose the north, we feel desolate. That I think is the feeling of those who feel constantly downcast in the various and difficult situations of life.
Lately I have met many people who have hope stored in a small box of their heart, really doubting if they can open it even. Sometimes I understand them. How can I not feel this way? If we have surrounded ourselves with what does not allow us to grow. They hurt us, they mistreat us and they take us cornered as far as they want ... How difficult it is to walk! ... and before this I ask myself: If I lose faith, who will help others?
Then I remember this passage that has been my flag during these months of the year before so much, so much that we have lived. Although I have nothing left, I know that I have faith and the true love that prevails above all:
Living by faith: 2 Corinthians 4
But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, so that the excellence of power is of God, and not of us, we are troubled in everything, but not distressed; in trouble, but not desperate; persecuted, but not forsaken; knocked down, but not destroyed; always carrying in the body the death of Jesus, so that the life of Jesus may also be manifested in our bodies.
For we who live, we are always put to death for the sake of Jesus, so that Jesus' life may also be manifested in our mortal flesh. So death works in us, and life in you. But having the same spirit of faith, according to what is written: I believed, therefore I spoke, we also believe, therefore we also speak,
knowing that he who raised the Lord Jesus will also raise us up with Jesus, and present us together with you.
For all these things we suffer for your sake, that through grace abounding through many, thanksgiving may abound to the glory of God.
So today, tomorrow and always I will live with the hope marked in my heart, with the flag of Faith and the true love of God covering my life to see the face of Christ in my brothers and together walk and build a more just world and more human
