First Open Source Reinforcement Learning Platform
Facebook has open sourced its one of the best AI platform called Horizon AI which focuses on end-to-end applied reinforcement learning.
For those who might not be aware what Resource Learning is, here is definition from Wikipedia:
Reinforcement learning (RL) is an area of machine learning concerned with how software agents ought to take actions in an environment so as to maximize some notion of cumulative reward.
Another explanation for an RL system could be:
It creates systems that make decisions, take actions, and then adapt based on the feedback they receive.
The platform has been built in Python programming language and is actually being used by Facebook itself since last one year.
