It surely does have P2W cosmetics, but it's nothing game changing.

At the moment Warzone is a bit messy. So, I would say those hundreds of gigabytes of data isn't worth downloading and occupying your drive for now. If you already have others games that you enjoy playing then skip Warzone for now. Maybe wait a month or two, until it gets fixed and patched up. Check Youtube for regular updates about the game, you'll know when it's playable. For now it's not worth it, trust me haha
