VESPA WASP IN MACRO // Exploring the Hidden World of Vespa Wasps Through Macro Photography

This time, I once again came face to face with a very dangerous insect, a Vespa wasp. This wasp most likely belongs to the "Vespidae" family, which is one of the types of wasps known to be very aggressive. In my area, we can easily find this insect almost anywhere, both in plantations and on the edges of forests. I personally avoid this insect because they will not hesitate to attack.
It is very easy to recognize this wasp because its body is almost entirely dark brownish-black, and it has a second abdominal segment that is bright orange.
Note: Never allow this wasp to build its nest around your home or inside plantations that are frequently passed through, because this is a type of wasp that lives in colonies, and over time, their numbers will continue to increase and the size of their nest will continue to grow.
I myself managed to find this wasp in front of my house, precisely on top of a bougainvillea flower. Sometimes, the presence of this wasp also makes me a little worried, and what I am afraid of is that this wasp will build its nest around my house. However, this is not the first time I have seen this wasp visiting my house, so if there are still only a few of them, I do not think too much about it.
From a close distance, we can see every structure of this wasp quite clearly, and the fact is that this wasp really does look very frightening.
This wasp kept moving and walking among the branches of the bougainvillea, without flying, as if giving me a chance to capture its beauty.
The next challenge is how I can photograph this wasp from an even closer distance. I know this is very dangerous to do because if this wasp feels disturbed or threatened, it could certainly attack me. I do not need to explain how painful the sting of this wasp is; just by looking at its appearance, we can already draw our own conclusions and imagine it ourselves.
I myself do not know whether this wasp is female or male, but from my observation, it looks a little shy. This wasp kept avoiding me whenever I started bringing my macro lens closer to it. There were no signs of danger shown by it, which made me a little braver to try photographing it from a closer distance, even extremely close.
I have managed to photograph so many different types of insects from an extremely close distance, and this Vespa wasp is one of the insects that made me feel afraid and made me think twice before doing it.
However, the result I got made me extremely satisfied. The reason is that I successfully conquered a very dangerous insect through my macro lens.
