Good night to all my beloved hive friends 鉂わ笍

Today, I managed to find a very beautiful dragonfly by the riverside, a small dragonfly blessed with a very captivating color, Blue. About 10 years ago, the population of this dragonfly was quite stable in my area, but now its population is declining, and it has become quite difficult to find.

I think it would be very interesting to share the moment when I found this particular dragonfly, and how I became friends with it.

This is a small dragonfly that most likely belongs to the family "Libellulidae".
The characteristics of this dragonfly are its small size, a slender cylindrical abdomen, and large compound eyes that meet at the top of its head.

However, the first thing that caught my attention was its incredibly beautiful color (blue is my favorite color). Under the sunlight, that color looked so captivating that I immediately took some time to approach it, observe it, and try to capture its beauty through photography.

I managed to capture the beauty of this dragonfly while it was perched on a dry twig. I took two photos using my phone camera, and honestly, the results were not very satisfying.
From up close, this dragonfly really looked incredibly beautiful, and every detail could be seen quite clearly. The most striking feature was its beautiful eyes, especially their shape and color.

Don't ask whether this dragonfly is male or female, because I haven't been able to identify it yet, and I haven't reached that level of understanding.
Step by step, distance by distance, everything was done intentionally in the hope of getting satisfying results.

In my opinion, the most satisfying part of macro photography is when we can capture the object with incredible detail and also photograph it from various different angles.

And now, let's take a closer look at this particular dragonfly.
Its color is truly beautiful, and I could spend a long time just admiring its beauty.

It wasn't easy, but I managed to capture this dragonfly quite well.
However, the real challenge came when I tried to photograph this particular dragonfly from the front. It didn't fly away, but it kept moving to avoid my macro lens. Time kept passing, and I knew I had to sacrifice some of it. I didn't want to make even the slightest mistake.

Personally, I feel that something would be missing from my macro photography if I couldn't manage to photograph it from the front.

Before making this post, I also showed the results of my macro photography to some of my friends, and they said that these were photos I had taken from Google, while some others said that the photos were generated by AI. Do you also think so.?
No, these are purely my own macro photographs.
