Bugs and gnomes and sunflowers and insects and errant tomatoes - I can tell you are tripping over yourself to tell us all the crazy things happening in your garden, a sign of someone truly passionate about their hobby. As I was reading I KNEW you were going to blame the gnomes! The blackberry lillies are lovely. I'm also terrible at doing garden maps and I always forget what I planted, and let rogue tomato plants grow where they will. I have 5 acres though so it doesn't matter so much, there's enough space. Saying that though, there's only a certain amount of growing beds, and by mid Spring I've filled them all, although I always leave one or two fallow for the summer.
