Look we only borrowed as we knew we could pay it off within ten years as our wages were good at the time and interest low. We would never borrow now... I don't envy anyone who feels they have to. At most I would buy a block of land in bush and build a tiny home out of scrap. We just were ten years ahead of current crisis and just put of the last one... Good timing.
