I never used to like dill but I've developed a taste for it now. @beelzael is also a dill fan. The other day I made an amazing salad to go with a winter casserole, which was crispy cos lettuce, olive oil, vinegar, chopped gherkins, dill, spring onions, and sprinkled with sumac.
