The video wasn't availabe for me, but I haven't had fish soup in a long time! This made me want to make a fish curry actually - I like it with coconut milk. Are fresh sardines quite strong tasting? My husband likes tinned sardines but the smell is too much for me! I'm sure they are lovely in your soup though!
