Extraordinary. I don't think I've been anywhere that cold. I've lived winters in England, but they were a novelty and we were fuelled by love so I didn't notice them as a hardship. I do like winters, but they never get that bleak down here in the south of Australia on the coast. The other day I watched youtbue about slushy wave surfing in NY. Unfathomable to me.
