The house might be a reasonable size by euro apartment standards! just googled, and it's bang on in between 60 and 100m2 which is average euro apartment size. It's on the smaller end of a euro house size at 80m2 - but also, consider the wonder of a wide angle lens :P

I've run out of the designer clothes on depop now - bummer! They moved FAST> made me think I could have charged more but fast turnaround mattered more to me, plus a few good reviews.
