One thing I'm curious about is eating rhubarb for thirst and growing hemp - definitely a #gardenjournal to watch throughout the season! I thought you meant eating the leaves but I presume it's the stalk? I never thought about eating it raw. Your garden helpers are gorgeous. YOu've got a head start on your plants but everything else is growing great guns as well - I'm so impressed and a little bit jealous! A true gardener and foodie after my own heart.
