We were the same - although 15 years of equity for us (things went up FAST since early 2000!!!). It is very pristine - we are very lucky. We did used to have the Alcoa mine/powerstation but that shut down a while ago and they had to do a massive clean up. No fracking thank goodness.

It's funny isn't it - you have the entire earth strictly speaking, and in the end you can't move far from your husband's card game :P - we're all the same.
