Oh yes we love the air con on the few days we have to use it in the worst of summer. It's truly a life saver. We run it in the middle of the day when the solar is fully pumping.

Any kind of contract work is a pain in the butt. It's a relief when it's over. But how great you have a heat pump - will take the chill off without the labour of woodfire, though I'm sure you'll use both
