As usual everything seems super abundant! I'm with your Mum - I cook some kind of onion in every meal and it's so handy to have. Sometimes even onions, spinach, rice and a few spices is a perfect dinner.

I know right, we've totally transformed in inside six months. Proves that if you know some stuff and can roll up your sleeves and put boots on, you can get growing pretty fast.
