RE: Bricks Are Heavy & We Never Asked for This
I'm not even that keen on generating images with AI. I was when it first came out - it was fascinating and hallucinatory. But I won't do it now, not even for a Hive post. There's a rather large debate

RE: Review of A Quiet Place: Day One
OH MY GOD - you love zombie movies? I'm so darn pleased. My Mum (78) is also a fan. There's a zombie book series I also loved called 'The Reapers are the Angels' which always stuck in my mind and was well

RE: Review of A Quiet Place: Day One
Absolutely - what will appeal to one person isn't necessarily the other's cup of tea. I was utterly in love with a particular Ted Lasso episode I saw last night and my husband was like 'meh'. It was a

RE: Review of A Quiet Place: Day One
I have no idea why I love them so much. I think it's because I like to imagine how I'd survive, and the chance for the world to be made anew. I'm not a fan of, say, The Evil Dead - but more the survivalist

RE: Review of A Quiet Place: Day One
Mine is a 6. A 6 can be watchable and entertaining. I usually think any zombie or post apocalyptic that gets a 6 might be upped to a 6.5 or 7 on my rating system as not everyone 'gets' this kind of film.

RE: Review of A Quiet Place: Day One
As you know, I'm a huge fan of science fiction, dystopia and post apocalyptic movies. This one wasn't my favourite Quiet Place but still, I enjoyed it. I'm not sure I would retain a taste for pizza given

Yes I did! Did it make you cry? The bags on the fence also represents how the clones were basically organ bags for the people. Gee it was sad.

There's so much about it that is annoying and shouldn't be used, like for music or art or writing - but for problem solving, it's pretty good. The Booker long list has just come out so I've been busy reserving

What does a Moroccan hammam smell like? Hm. Steamy, woody, soapy. Hard to explain. cardamom or wood sage Delicious scents. If you eat sugar, try putting cardomom pods in the sugar jar. After a while the

Thanks mate. L7 were amazing back in the day and it's been so long since I heard them properly it was a real joy to revisit. And yeah the AI argument is just not solid. It's all about the π€π°π€π°

RE: Back To School?
Part of the problem is that we value sports more than anything, and have no respect for education. I'm just glad I don't have a mortgage as inflation is absolutely killing people here, even us - we never

I hope it's the birds too. A sign we actually might value nature as it disappears, even though money is made by destroying it. Ouch, that's rather doomy of me this morning.

What a legend. She was so damn cool we even heard her outside of Germany. Berlin must have been such a cool place back then. I mean it still is but there's two places I would go back in time to, one being

They are all gorgeous versions. What a voice. You know it's a good cover when it sounds almost better than the original.

I've read a lot of your comments. Being 'long' and using 'proper punctuation' is not a signifier of AI use for comments. You didn't deny it to start with either π It honestly should not be a big deal.
