I am an oppressed person. The consumer economy caters to the consumers who are predominantly fat/obese in the U.K.
People like me with diamond cut abs and pecs that could walk through concrete walls suffer due to the oppressive environment we find ourselves in. Sometimes people ask me if I am eating enough. I honestly try my best, but it is difficult when vital nutrition such as fat is often impossible to find in food.
Absolute bastard 0% fat yoghurt
Yoghurts is one of the worse offenders. I love yoghurt, but often leave the store empty handed. Blueberry yoghurt as well.... it's my fave. But neigh! Ye Gods of Old have betrayed me!
I'm left to just consume full fat butter in chunks to make sure my body doesn't waste away. It is tough being a human who uses their body in an economy that wants you to spend your day sitting down, buying things online, driving to places, and just forgetting about the fact that you have biological machinery at your disposal to do things.
How do people get fat if all the food is fat free? Probably because their bodies are detecting that they are not consuming any fat, so it signals to store what fat they have. A negative feedback system of fatitude, hurting everyone, but me the most. I am the biggest victim.
Cry me a river of Steem.
