I understand what you are saying about the red box however as the game is free to play it is one of those things that became a necessity as we were getting a lot of multi-accounts signing up.
The free to play aspect is something that is very important to us as we find many games are prohibitively expensive for those in low income countries and whilst we were not sure if the model was sustainable we wanted to at least try. So the box is a necessary evil at this time.
