At the moment they are unlimited use but they will soon be limited to once per 24 hour period per card. Initial price is 5000 Starbits / 10 STEEM / 10 HIVE. The price may change in future but will not be lower than this. If you want to buy any please let me know in Discord as I have to mint them manually at the moment.
