It is a dangerous mood disorder that is masked by happiness on the outside, and sadness on the inside.The phenomenon is like people who hide smile behind the pain. It鈥檚 like many people are facing this problem in India. Major cause is stress and suicidal cases. Well, smiling depression is dangerous than extreme depression. So, to avoid it people should meditate daily, think positive and make environment positive.
