Gadseesar Lake is an artificial water reservoir that was built during the 14th century by Raja Mahrawal Gadsi. It is a rainwater lake which was the main source of water during that period. Several small temples are located on the banks of the lake. Tourists can see many migratory birds on the lake. On their way from Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary, these birds stop for some time at the lake.
