Yup, in the config.ini file, you can specify the seeds you want using p2p-seed-node = and then placing the seed info(either domain or ip will work). You can repeat this as many times as you want. I'm pretty sure hived also does gather more peers over time from other peers and there's a few other peers baked right into the code as a jumping off point.
