You just need a connection, and your friendship is as normal as it should be. I missed the time of MSN, but I was on time for Facebook and the rest of it. This was the period I made more friends in my life than I ever did, we also had this platform that was trending in my country, "2go", which was basically a platform to meet and socialise. No type of friendship can replace the other, but for me, I do better with the face-to-face kind of friendship.
