Remote work is the goal; it is very flexible, and one can just relax with remote work. You don't have to commute daily to work; you just wake up, and you are in your office. You close, and you are home. You can even sit in your boxers and work without having to be bothered that someone may walk in on you..lol..Omo, it is not going anywhere; I too will find one soonest.
