It's actually not funny to trample on people's freedom. Here they say freedom of speech is guaranteed, but freedom after speech is not.

They talk about law and order, and in the end, you find out that there are people who are above the law or the law doesn't affect them in any way; they commit, and yet they won't get persecuted for what they did.
