its my personnel experience that when ever i feel low or my self esteem becomes low, i eat something.
i don't know why but there's a major relation between self esteem and food.
i know its not a perfect solution to solve your problem but yes i am sure that it will give a a fresh mind to think over your problems.
low self esteem leads to rude nature and overthinking which leads to disasters in your life.
to avoid all this non sense just try to eat something at least it will give a boost to your mood.
