Talk to teenagers like a friend, listen to them, try to understand.
Let him know that he is important at home. When making a decision, give importance to his opinion!
Teenagers need some private moments. Respect their privacy.
Even if you accept hundreds, they will make some mistakes, some will fail. Encourage them to learn from their mistakes.
Keep an eye out for teens. Give him a chance to mix and play with his peers.
Teenagers don't always have the same feelings as adults. Help him understand his feelings. Tell him that you love him even after all his mistakes.
Never compare him to anyone else, never make fun of him.
Be steadfast and consistent as a parent. Make it a habit to follow a simple rule at home, which is the same for everyone in the family.
Join him in playing and thinking.
Pay special attention to the mental health of teenagers. Help her get mental health care if she needs it.
