One of the reasons why I love spending time in nature is that nature can boost my energy both mind and body. Starting from watching the stunning moon in the early morning and admiring gorgeous sunrises over the city can power up my energy since the beginning of the day.

Watching wildlife like birds and listening to their sweet songs can entertain my mind.

Cute little squirrels hop and play together in the public garden can make me happy and would want to play with them. Haha!
