さっき、友人からLINEが。

「お菓子作ったから、家まで届けに行くわ！外まで出てきて～」と。

これを戴きました。

なになに？なんのお菓子？

中をあけてみると…

わーお！クリームたっぷり手作りオムレット！

すっごい美味しそう( ^ω^ )　3個も入れてくれてる～！

「手づくりしたら余ったからあげるわ～」とのこと。わざわざ来てくれただけでも嬉しいのに、私がイチゴ好きなのを知ってる友人は、なんと…

奈良のまぼろしの白いイチゴ「淡雪」を使ってくれたのです！！

淡雪はまだ新品種で食べたことなかったんだけど、「幻の白いイチゴ」って聞いてたから、食べてみたいなぁ～ってずーっと思ってたやつ！

ドキドキしながら一口食べてみたら、今まで食べたイチゴの中でもけっこうしっかりした食感というか歯ざわり。食べ応えのある感じ。

さらに、酸味と糖度のバランスが最高！！甘くて美味しい～( ^ω^ )

さすが、幻の白いイチゴと言われてるだけあって、これは食べる価値アリ！

…でも思ったのは、

これは白じゃない…ピンク色だ…！！

いやいや、高価なイチゴ＆美味しいお菓子をありがとう！ペロっと食べちゃいました。

（追記：淡雪は奈良だけの品種だと思ってたら、なんと九州にもあるらしいです。）
