I will no comment on the idea of a real estate platform where tenants bid for properties and the highers offer wins the contract. Nice for landlords!
But the question is: how anybody could invest money in a project supported by a simple web and a document of 11 pages that could be done in a couple of hours? It does not make sense.
To prove that:
$1.9 bn business in 4 years starting from scratch. Brilliant indeed.
And the proceeds of ICO?
They need your money for developing the project. Today they have nothing.
