You need a course in parasite speak. Of course all politicians endorse and revere "our democracy". Note the pronoun. The "democracy" that they revere is their tool of enslavement over the proles. It may seem incongruous for a politician to say "we need to save the tools by which we enslave you" - even the most slack-jawed of yokels may find that to be a head-scratcher. But by referring to the tool by its brand name, "democracy", it becomes pallatable to even the pointiest of prole heads. I really need to develop a dictionary and write a book myself lol.
