I agree with Max in that this is just the first salvo. By gaining the support of the proles, the governments will claim "public support" for the execution of any enemies of any state, along with anyone connected with them - children, wives, et cetera. The next step will be to put those who are perceived to threaten government control into camps (akin to Gaza) and then mass execute them in response to a false flag attack. the "war on deplorables" is real.
