Splinterlands Survival Reward on 14 Epic Draws!

To my surprise, the rewards from the Survival Mode bracket test event arrived almost simultaneously with EOS, with only a day or two difference, meaning another 250k glint to choose what to do with them.

For those who don't know, until the bracket system arrives in Modern mode, the Survival event will continue, and upon completing 250 matches with a 50% win rate and responding to the feedback, you will receive 250k glint.

In the last season and others I participated in, I ended up having to play several matches in the last few days because I was waiting for a message to find out if the event would continue or not, but it has already been confirmed that the event will continue, so get ready to play little by little.

As I mentioned in the last content about rewards, my strategy is to upgrade epic cards to level 3 to get the extra ability that epic cards have. In some rare exceptions, level 3 will not have major changes, as in the case of Rila Fen, but several other epics have a big change.

The thing is, before going to the Epic Draws, I thought about getting the Alchemy potions from the chests instead of spending money on potions that never give any gold foil. I tried my luck with 80 Minor Chests thinking I'd get a good amount of alchemy potions, spending about 40k glint on that amount, and it was worse than I imagined... I should have done a few more epic draws lol.

The result was 8 Rare Cards, worth 8 x 1500 = 12k glint, and 22 common cards worth 6.6k glint, almost half the amount spent on glint, which shows why it's better to go straight for the draws than try your luck with the chests... I only got 7 Alchemy potions, which, combined with the amount I had, only allowed for 1 bonus in the epic draw, since each potion costs 10. The rest were some merit, legendary potions, and 3 common scrolls. The experience is recorded, and now let's move on to the Epics!

I've already shown, as a small spoiler, the 4 epic cards above the 14, which included 1x Saltwraith Pirate, Tandii Janda, Voss, and Kazira Valestrix. Now, regarding the other 10 Epic Draws, I only managed to accumulate a number of different cards, none of which leveled up... I got 3 more Tandi Janda; 2 Wailsworn Specter, 2 Saltwraith Pirate, and one copy each of Rila Fen, Kazira, and Joraki Venshiro.

It wasn't a big surprise that I didn't evolve any cards; it was expected. There comes a point where the next card upgrades require many copies, and in the case of reward cards, that means a lot of glint, a very large amount indeed, and this goal has only been possible because of the survival rewards, which together reach something close to 300k glint. (Event, Leaderboard, Pool, Ascension Tournament)

The idea is to accumulate Glint with these events and get the Epic Draws. The strategy remains the same, and soon we'll have the first monsters at level 3. I believe the first one at that level will be Tandi Janda, because I already have 9 copies and only need 1 more. Let's GOOOO! Vonak!

Para a minha surpresa as recompensas do evento de teste dos brackets do survival mode chegaram quase junto do EOS, sendo um ou dois dias de diferença apenas, o que significa mais 250k de glint para escolhermos o que fazer com eles.

Para quem não sabe, até que o sistema de brackets chegue no modo de jogo modern, o evento do survival vai continuar e ao completar as 250 partidas com 50% de winrate ao final e responder ao feedback você receberá 250k de glint.

Nessa season passada e nas outras que eu participei eu acabava tendo que jogar várias partidas nos últimos dias porque eu ficava esperando alguma mensagem para saber se teria ou não o evento, mas já foi confirmado essa informação de que o evento vai continuar, então já se prepare para ir jogando aos poucos.

Como eu comentei no último conteúdo sobre recompensas, a minha estratégia é melhorar as cartas épicas até o nível 3, para conseguir a habilidade extra que as cartas épicas possuem. Em algumas raras exceções o nível 3 não terá grandes mudanças como no caso da Rila Fen, mas várias outras épicas tem uma grande mudança.

A questão é que antes de ir para as Epic Draws eu pensei em pegar as Alchemy potions dos baús ao em vez de gastar nas poções que nunca dão sorte nenhuma em vir algum gold foil. Tentei a sorte 80x Minor Chest pensando que conseguiria uma quantidade boa de alchemy potions, gastando nessa quantidade uns 40k de glint, e foi pior do que imaginava... Era melhor ter pegado mais algumas epic draws rs.

O Resultado foram 8x Rare Cards, que valem 8x1500 = 12k e 22 cartas comuns que valem 6.6k de glint, ou seja, quase metade do valor gasto em glint, o que já mostra o motivo do porque é melhor ir direto nas draws do que tentar a sorte nos baús... As poções Alchemy só viera 7, o que junto da quantidade que eu tinha só foi possível 1 bônus no epic draw, já que custa 10 poções cada. De resto vieram um pouco de merit, legendary potion e 3 common scrolls. Fica registrada a experiência e agora vamos para as Épicas!

Agora as outras 10x Epic Draws, consegui apenas acumular uma quantidade de cartas diferentes, sendo que nenhuma chegou a subir de nível... Vieram mais 3x Tandi Janda; 2x Wailsworn Specter, 2x Saltwraith pirate e uma cópia de Rila Fen, Kazira e Joraki Venshiro.

Não foi uma grande surpresa não ter evoluído nenhuma carta, já era esperado. Chega um momento em que as próximas melhorias das cartas requerem muitas cópias e no caso das cartas de recompensa isso significa muito glint, uma quantidade muito grande mesmo e que só tem sido possível de ter esse objetivo por conta das recompensas do survival que juntam chegam à algo próximo de 300k de glint. (Evento, Leaderbord, Pool, Ascension Tournament)

A ideia é ir acumulando o Glint com esses eventos e ir pegando as Epic Draws, a estratégia continua a mesma, e logo já teremos os primeiros monstros no nível 3, acredito que a primeira nesse nível será a Tandi Janda, porque já tenho 9 cópias faltando apenas 1. Let's GOOOO! Vonak!
