It's been a while since I played a match in Frontier mode. My initial strategy was to level up the cards gradually, since there are daily rewards for winning 5 matches, with 3 guaranteed cards, I could evolve them one after the other without rushing. However, I quickly identified two problems. The first is that it would take time; there are only 3 cards per day, so to evolve all my cards to at least level 2 would take perhaps months. The second is that I would depend heavily on luck to get certain specific cards, because the drop rate is mostly for common cards at 75.2%.
In this gradual strategy, the biggest bottleneck would be the summoners. Over time, the common cards would be leveled up since they have the highest chance of evolving because the drop rate is higher, but the summoners, which are rare, only have a 20% drop rate. This would lead me to a situation where I have upgraded cards, but I don't have evolved summoners to use them, which wouldn't make sense.
Initially, as I mentioned, the idea was to go slowly, but when I recently returned to playing, I noticed that it might make sense to buy some packs to evolve my cards at least a little more. The strategy and rationale behind it is that a small upgrade would give me a significant advantage that would keep me at least in the silver ranking; at least that's what I believe will happen, because I've already leveled up without many problems so far.
I'll be much appreaciated if you Votes, Reblogs or give any Tips. Thanks and have good reading! ๐
The core of the strategy is the summoners. I think I bought around 50 Foundation Packs until I had enough summoners to reach level 2. The reason is simple: once I reached level 2, I could easily upgrade the cards to level 3 before needing to upgrade the summoners again. After all, to reach the next level, which would be level 4, I would need 30 BCX, which is more than double the amount I upgraded to level 3, which was 14 cards.
In this process, I managed to get the summoners Aurelia, Marlai Singariel, Barthalamas, Incessant Sage, and Thalgrimore all to level 2. In the case of the death element summoner, I had to buy about 2 units separately because it was the only one missing, so I wouldn't have to continue and depend on luck. The good thing is that in this process, as we sometimes get lucky when opening packs, I got a gold foil summoner, which is Aurelia, which helped a lot.
Furthermore, it's worth mentioning that in the process of acquiring summoner cards in packs, it's natural to get other copies, and to my surprise, I got several cards I didn't already have, such as the epic Saltwater Mage, Asel Alagosdil, Wild Horse Tamer, and Lenore Nevermore. In the end, I was missing Glimmermancer, of which I got one copy.
In addition, I got two legendary cards that are extremely useful: Giam Root, which has the Strengthen ability that increases the HP of all units by +1, making all cards last longer, and A'lan Musketeer, which has Double Strike, perfect for taking out that last shield of the opponent before hitting their HP.
This is a general overview of the strategy and upgrades. It's normal to imagine that in this process several common and rare cards also evolved to levels 2 and 3, and that some cards still need to evolve, but now I think we've made good progress in Frontier mode, since at the silver level I should start getting 3x Foundation Cards. What's great is that it's more encouraging to have more options to choose from and it's not so difficult to evolve a card, and even low-level cards have such a big impact in this mode. In the future, the idea is to analyze specific cards, perhaps some key elements to focus on. Follow this new journey!
Obrigado e boa leitura! ๐
O motivo รฉ simples, chegando no nรญvel 2, eu conseguido ir upando as cartas tranquilamente atรฉ o nรญvel 3 atรฉ que eu precise upar os summoners novamente.
Futuramente a ideia รฉ analisar cartas especรญficas, talvez alguns elementos chave para focar. Acompanhe essa nova jornada!
