When we work and offer a service or product, it is not only necessary the good quality of it but also our attitude as a worker or seller. A service can be of first quality but if our treatment towards the client is not kind and we do not have a good attitude we will probably lose a potential client.
I do not mean by this that we should submit to the disrespect of the consumers of our service but that as far as possible our attitude should always be positive, friendly, and respectful. Maintaining these values will in most cases create a pleasant atmosphere in our work area.

Bienvenidos a mi blog.
Cuando trabajamos y ofrecemos un servicio o producto, no sólo es necesaria la buena calidad del mismo sino también nuestra actitud como trabajador o vendedor. Un servicio puede ser de primera calidad pero si nuestro trato hacia el cliente no es amable y no tenemos una buena actitud probablemente perderemos un potencial cliente.
No quiero decir con esto que debamos someternos a la falta de respeto de los consumidores de nuestro servicio sino que en la medida de lo posible nuestra actitud debe ser siempre positiva, amable y respetuosa. Mantener estos valores creará en la mayoría de los casos un ambiente agradable en nuestra área de trabajo.
