I heard this phrase for the first time today in the audiobook "The 5 AM Club" written by Robin Sharma. I kept thinking about this throughout the day because I remembered how many times in the past I have doubted doing something or even lacked confidence in myself. This made me think that this phrase may be true because since I have started to have more confidence in myself, things in my life have changed a lot.
Doubts are the most skillful thieves because they steal something from us that we can never get back, our time. In addition to the above, over time we lose many opportunities that will never come back. Doubt does not leave good feelings in us.

Hoy escuché esta frase por primera vez en el audiolibro "The 5 AM Club" escrito por Robin Sharma. Me quedé pensando en esto durante todo el día porque recordé cuántas veces en el pasado he dudado de hacer algo o incluso he dudado de mí misma. Esto me hizo pensar que esta frase puede ser cierta porque desde que he empezado a tener más confianza en mí misma, las cosas en mi vida han cambiado mucho.
Las dudas son los ladrones más hábiles porque nos roban algo que nunca podremos recuperar, nuestro tiempo. Además de lo anterior, con el tiempo perdemos muchas oportunidades que nunca volverán. La duda no deja buenas sensaciones en nosotros.
