My entry for Shadow Contest/SMASh - Round 206 - The shade of palm trees on the sand.

Since I know this contest exists, I pay close attention to the shadows I find around me and also to all the old photos I've taken so far to see if I've inadvertently captured any curious shadows.

This time I chose the shadows of the palm trees on the beach.
I don't know if the first photo is part of the palm tree family, however it is very similar, and I like its shadow taken from above. The shadow blends in with the actual branches of the plant..
