Good approach, something similar happened to me a year ago, I was not very happy with my work, they wanted me to do the same work that three people do and I ended up physically and mentally exhausted. But in 2019 I had started to focus on digital currencies, I did things well (I also made mistakes along the way but you learn everything) and two years later I can live from decentralized finance and trading (although I do not trade all the days).
