Assalamualaikum Hivers community wherever you are. One of my routines apart from working full day at the office is dropping off and picking up my child from school. I often have to wait a while until the 6th grader who is study at the State Elementary School 7 Banda Sakti, Lhokseumawe City, finishes the teaching and learning process.

I took advantage of the time to take some photos of the Noni tree and fruit that grew just across the road in front of the school.

Some of the fruit I found had fallen because they were old. There are no local people who are interested in taking this noni fruit. In fact, besides being able to be consumed as a side dish, fruit that contains many nutrients and minerals such as calcium, potassium, sulfur and several other positive substances is very beneficial for body health and can lower cholesterol levels, increase immunity, lower blood sugar and and increase the resistance of the human body. I also found an explanation of the content and benefits of this noni fruit in a reference I read Here
