Hello cat lovers! It’s Caturday again, and for today, it’s the usual trio again. Our day started with a cold morning, quite different from the previous warm ones. The trio immediately felt it, so they stayed asleep while I was doing chores.
What’s stranger is that they sleep together. They usually sleep apart, especially if their mother isn’t there to feed them. Perhaps it’s because of the cold temperature that prompted them to huddle together and share their warmth with each other.
It was past afternoon when it started to rain. Thankfully, I’m already done getting all the clothes I dried before the rain poured. The trio, who were playing outside, immediately went inside the moment the first drop of rain fell. They aren’t as hydrophobic as the other cats here, but they also share the same dislike of water.
An hour or more after the rain started, there was a sudden interruption that happened. The power went out, and all of us were quite scrambling to set up our solar lights. Our lights didn’t light up brightly because it wasn’t charged well, as there’s almost no sunlight this morning. The trio immediately went inside our room, and there they bugged me.
I’m embroidering at that time, so I don’t want any distractions, plus the needly really dull, yet I don’t want to change it yet because I find the thread quite hard to put in, especially with really dim lights. I stopped my embroidering for a while and played with them, and when they’re tired enough, I let them go, and I went on my needlework.
It’s almost an hour and a half since the light came back, and I’m really relieved it did because otherwise it would be hard for us to decide where we will put them for the night.
I think that’s enough for today’s sharing, cat lovers! Hope you’re experiencing a lovely Caturday with your feline companions. Ours may be quite gloomy, but fret not…they still find ways to make our day special.
