### LEO DEX:
One of the innovative decentralized exchanges with minimalistic user interfaces and easy non-custodial services. Those who are using the LEO finance or hive blockchain products has must be known about the platform. For those who are not aware of it, this post will help you to understand everything related to the platform. I would be explaining in detail basic about the exchange and each feature you need to know before using the platform.
When you enter the website of the Leo dex you will see the page like this. You have to login into your hive wallet to get started, If you haven't made a hive wallet then let me know in the comments I may create a separate article about that in the future.
As shown in the above picture, you have to click on the login as in the red box.
After that, you will see a dialogue appearing like this where you have to enter your username, and boom you have logged in. You may need to confirm from your wallet to0, just click on confirm for that.
Now, I will explain according to the ranking I have given in the picture so follow the picture along with the ranks and numbers.
It will show few more applications that you can open and use. Right now we are using Leo dex so we wouldn't jump more into that.
This will show all the tokens that are supported by the exchange. You can look at the price, market cap, % change, and 24-hour volume there.
The market is where you will look for the pairs to trade on and all available pairs will be shown there.
This is the place for you to look at your tokens in your wallet. You will see all your tokens here and their price in both hive and USD.
Rewards are one of my favorite sections of the LEO DEX. You may get airdrop in many tokens and you will see all your reward tokens there. Just click on a claim to claim all of them at once.
Here you can see your orders that are opened right now and haven't filled yet. I will explain how to place an order below so don't worry about that now.
If you like to deposit hive then you can do it directly from here. YOu may need to pay the fee which you should look before.
Similar to the deposit, you can use the withdraw option to withdraw your tokens from your wallet to your desired wallet.
By clicking on the LEO Tab, you can select the pairs you like to trade with. The default will be LEO, so you can change that to whatever you like.
On the same page, you will see other information. BID refers to the latest buy order, ask refers to the latest sell order. Last refers to the latest trade history and 24-hour volume revers to the total value of transactions in that pair.
You can select the charting option as candlestick, volume or depth too.
After selecting the pair you like to trade on, scroll down a little bit in the market section or in the homepage.
This is pretty similar to other trading platforms. There are two options to place the trades.
If you like to see the order placed then you should scroll more and you will see all the orders and their details. Below to that, you will see all of your open orders.
To look at the trade history you have to scroll further and the last portion would be the trade history which you can see as a reference for trading.
I have tried to cover all of the features. If I have missed any please let me know anbout it in the comments. If the article has helped you and you like to hear more from me. A follow would be awesome.
